Dr. Browne is originally from Istanbul, Turkey. She was an avid horseback rider growing up and thought their veterinarian had the coolest job in the world. She was around five years old when she knew she didn’t want to become anything else when she grew up. Her professional interests include neonatology, sport horse medicine, gastroenterology and public health. Her favorite veterinary memories include seeing the sickest neonates turn into beautiful athletes. It still takes her breath away every time. Outside of work, Dr. Browne enjoys horseback riding, trying to keep her house plants alive, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her bucket list items include adventures such as hiking the Dolomites in Italy, Everest Base Camp, sailing around the Mediterranean, and hiking Machu Picchu.
