Veterinarian
Herd Health & Wellness
Dr. Fletcher grew up in a small town just south of Canada called Lisbon, New York. From a young age, she helped her dad and grandpa deliver calves on her family's dairy farm. She can't remember a time when she didn't want to be a vet! Her experience at Hagyard began in 2009 through the Kentucky Equine Management Internship. From there, the relationships between the veterinarians and the veterinarian's relationships with their clients kept her coming back. When out in the field, she enjoys critical care, reproduction, neonatology, herd health, and mentoring young veterinarians! In 2023, Dr. Fletcher and her husband welcomed their son to the world. She also has a dog named Ellie and a cat named Chase. She loves Syracuse basketball, hopes to travel to Alaska and hike on a glacier, and absolutely cannot live without her sweatpants!
