Davidson Surgery Center
Hagyard surgeons are world renowned, setting the highest standards in both emergency and elective procedures, including orthopedics, dystoicas, colic and standing laparoscopy. This surgical expertise is complemented at the center by a broad range of diagnositics, such as scintigraphy, digital radiology and the equine performance laboratory.
McGee Medicine Center
Hagyard's highly regarded veterinary medical specialists are recognized as leaders in the horse industry for their state-of-the-art diagnostics, critical care skills, and acute or chronic disease or injury recovery expertise. This full-service hospital operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with services that include ICU and neonatal ICU, an infectious disease unit, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
McGee Fertility Center
With its base in the heart of the world's Thoroughbred nurseries, this division of Hagyard has grown to include the most sought after experts in equine fertility. Both technology and expertise are devoted to the specialized care of mares and stallions in an effort to maximize the production of health foals, and includes reproductive evaluations, embryo transfers, intracytoplamic sperm injection, semen freezing, infertility treatments and more.

Hagyard Sport Horse in Lexington, Kentucky has specifically assembled a team of individuals to bring the same level of excellent care to show horse athletes that we have long provided the race horse and breeding industries. The program is lead by FEI-licensed equine veterinarian Duncan Peters, DVM, MS.
The Hagyard Laboratory was designed to meet the specific needs of a veterinarian caring for equine patients. Not only does it provide test results in a timely fashion, but advice on further work-ups and discussions of results are available.
The laboratory is operated by a staff of licensed medical technologists who work closely with veterinarians to accomplish their diagnostic goals.
Our 1.5 T Siemens Espree MRI system is one of only two animal dedicated systems available in the U.S. for both Equine and Companion Animals.
